Day -2, On the way to New Orleans
We left Orlando today and tonight finds us in Tallahassee. Tomorrow we will continue onto New Orleans.
The van is a deal at about $80 for the two days considering that we are renting from Orlando and dropping it in New Orleans. Evidently, Orlando has lots of excess vehicles in the spring so Budget waived the drop fee.
This is Josh’s kit, all packed up and ready to go on the bike. We trained with a lot more weight than we ended up with, so we have excess capacity if we need it (to carry groceries, most likely).
